B. Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) upon confirmation of payment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times might be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
C. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. You can view the exact shipping cost at the checkout before completing your purchase. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value – please check our website banners for current promotions.
