Exchange & Return Policy

At Linen & The Havens, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@linenandthehavens.com or reaching out to us via WhatsApp during our customer support hours.

Once your request is received, our team will review it and confirm your return or exchange via email or WhatsApp. We offer complimentary return pickup for all eligible returns and exchanges within India.

After the returned garment reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will notify you of the approval and initiate your refund within 3–5 business days. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

Be unused and unwashed.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Have all original tags attached.
Have the Linen & The Havens Return Security Seal intact.

Please try on garments carefully without removing the Return Security Seal. Products that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without the original tags or security seal will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Requests received after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

We offer free returns to the following countries;

United Kingdom (mainland), United States, Canada, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.

If your country is not listed here you may be responsible for the cost of your return.
